Every engagement has a defined deliverable and a defined end. We scope the outcome first, not the hours. If scope changes materially, it is renegotiated before any extension.
It depends on the engagement. Risk Scan remains the lightest entry point. Services are designed to be tighter and less disruptive than traditional consulting motions, but they still require real ownership from the client side.
Fixed-scope engagements are priced at a flat fee agreed before work begins. No hourly surprises and no retainer creep. Risk Scan ($1,824) is the public entry point. Other services are scoped directly.
