// Common questions
Can I start with the Risk Scan and move to Enterprise later? +
Yes — this is the most common path for organisations under $20M. The $3,996 is credited in full at the point you upgrade to Enterprise. Your Risk Scan result also informs the Enterprise baseline, so nothing is wasted.
What is a BU for pricing purposes? +
One BU covers 20 users plus one team leader. Each BU is assessed as a distinct operating unit. Multi-BU deployments are scoped during the initial call — contact us for custom pricing.
What is the time commitment for our leadership team? +
The scoping call is 30 minutes. The assessment runs in a single guided session — typically under 90 minutes. Quarterly inputs are low-lift by design — NAVETRA runs alongside your operating cadence, not against it.
Why is Enterprise only for organisations over $20M revenue? +
The governance architecture NAVETRA delivers — quarterly OIaR™ cycles, board-ready reporting, named ownership across 10 domains — requires a leadership structure and operating budget that typically exists at $20M+ revenue. Below that threshold, the Risk Scan gives you the signal you need to act. Above it, Enterprise gives you the full operating rhythm.
Is there a minimum contract term? +
Enterprise is structured as an annual commitment. At least two quarterly cycles are needed to generate meaningful trend data. Multi-year terms are available and discussed during scoping.
