Intellectual Property Ownership
All content, frameworks, methodologies, scoring models, algorithms, domain structures, benchmark data, visual design, copy, and intellectual property on this website and within the NAVETRA™ platform are the exclusive property of JTS Inc., operating as Purple Wins and NAVETRA™, registered and headquartered in Ontario, Canada.
The following are proprietary and protected: the Operating Income at Risk (OIaR) framework and financial translation methodology; the execution domain structure, scoring architecture, and weighting system; benchmark data derived from NAVETRA™ field studies; the KPI Elasticity Engine and related scoring logic; the Gap scoring model and its mathematical formulation; the three-pillar grouping structure; Risk Scan output format, rating logic, and action slate methodology; and all platform interfaces, diagnostic flows, and report formats.
The NAVETRA™ methodology and scoring architecture are the subject of a provisional patent application filed in the United States (Patent Pending · USPTO). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or misappropriation of this IP may constitute patent infringement in addition to copyright and trade secret violations.

Prohibited Use
By accessing this website or any NAVETRA™ platform, product, or output, you agree that the following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from JTS Inc.:
- Reproduction or copying of any framework, methodology, scoring model, domain structure, benchmark data, or platform output — in whole or in part — in any medium.
- Reverse engineering of any NAVETRA™ algorithm, scoring logic, weighting system, or mathematical model through any means including but not limited to observation, analysis, or automated extraction.
- Commercial use of any NAVETRA™ content, methodology, or output in any competing or derivative product, service, or offering.
- Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of any content from this website or the NAVETRA™ platform by any method or tool.
- Training AI or machine learning models on any content, output, or data from this website or platform.
- Redistribution of any Risk Scan output, Enterprise report, simulation result, or platform content without written consent.
- Misrepresentation of NAVETRA™ methodology, frameworks, or outputs as your own work or as unprotected material.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of platform access and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings, including patent infringement claims. JTS Inc. actively monitors for unauthorized reproduction and misappropriation of its proprietary assets.
Confidential Information
Certain information disclosed during scoping calls, Enterprise engagements, or platform sessions constitutes confidential information of JTS Inc. This includes but is not limited to: scoring methodology details, benchmark data sources and calibration logic, domain weighting structure, customer OIaR data, and any non-public platform features or roadmap information.
Clients receiving confidential information through an Enterprise engagement are bound by the confidentiality terms set out in their executed service agreement. Where no signed agreement exists, the disclosure of confidential information does not constitute a waiver of ownership or grant of license.
If you have received NAVETRA™ methodology details, scoring architecture, or benchmark data in the course of a commercial engagement, you are bound by a duty of confidentiality with respect to that information regardless of whether a formal NDA has been executed.
Methodology & Scoring Architecture
The NAVETRA™ OIaR methodology, including the execution domain framework, scoring logic, mathematical formulations, and benchmark calibration, represents substantial original research and development by JTS Inc. It is not derived from publicly available frameworks and is not in the public domain. A provisional patent application has been filed in the United States covering this methodology and scoring architecture.
Outputs produced by the NAVETRA™ platform — including Risk Scan results, Enterprise reports, simulation outputs, and any dollar-denominated OIaR estimates — are produced using proprietary logic. These outputs are licensed to the client for internal use only and may not be shared publicly, redistributed, or used as the basis for a competing offering without written consent.
The 29¢ on the dollar OIaR statistic and related field data are derived from NAVETRA™ proprietary research. Any citation of this data must attribute it to NAVETRA™ / JTS Inc. and must not imply independent replication or derivation.
References to published academic research (Mankins & Steele, 2005; Sull et al., 2015) are used to establish the broader research context. The NAVETRA™ methodology is distinct from and not a reproduction of any cited research.
Platform Access & Permitted Use
Access to the NAVETRA™ platform — including the Risk Scan and Enterprise environments — is granted solely for the internal business use of the purchasing organisation. Permitted use is limited to:
- Completing diagnostic assessments for your own organisation or business unit.
- Reviewing and acting on your own Risk Scan or Enterprise outputs internally.
- Sharing board-ready summaries internally within your leadership team as part of your governance process.
Platform access is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or platform outputs with third parties outside your organisation — including consultants, advisors, or service providers not party to an executed engagement agreement — is not permitted without prior written consent from JTS Inc.
JTS Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate platform access at any time where terms of use are violated.
Data & Privacy
NAVETRA™ does not collect employee-level personal data. Diagnostic inputs are used solely to generate your OIaR assessment and are not retained beyond the session unless you have opted into an Enterprise engagement with ongoing tracking.
- No employee-level data is collected, stored, or processed by the platform.
- Assessment inputs are not used to train AI models or shared with third parties.
- Aggregated, anonymized benchmark data from across the customer base is used to calibrate peer comparisons. No organisation-identifiable data is included in benchmarks.
- Optional system connectors (where configured) are client-controlled and subject to separate data processing terms agreed at the time of Enterprise setup.

Disclaimers
NAVETRA™ outputs — including OIaR estimates, risk levels, domain scores, peer comparisons, and action slates — are diagnostic tools produced for internal decision-support purposes. They do not constitute financial advice, audited financial statements, legal opinions, or actuarial assessments.
OIaR estimates are calculated using a proprietary methodology applied to client-provided inputs and benchmark data. Results are indicative and should be interpreted in the context of your organisation's full operating picture. JTS Inc. makes no warranty as to the precision of any specific dollar estimate.
Simulation outputs produced by the OIaR Simulator on this website are illustrative only and are not based on your organisation's actual data. They are intended to demonstrate the general range of execution risk exposure and should not be relied upon as an assessment of your specific situation.
JTS Inc. is not liable for business decisions made on the basis of NAVETRA™ outputs without appropriate professional guidance where required.
Enforcement & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of NAVETRA™ products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
JTS Inc. actively enforces its intellectual property rights and will pursue remedies available under applicable copyright, trade secret, patent, and unfair competition law in response to unauthorized reproduction, misappropriation, or infringement of its proprietary assets.
If you become aware of unauthorized use of NAVETRA™ intellectual property, please report it to admin@purplewins.io. JTS Inc. takes all reports seriously and investigates promptly.
JTS Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
